- 1. Q: How can I load the program from drive B rather than drive A?
- A: Easy! Just put the distribution disk in drive B, type B,
- then enter B:\CINSTALL
- 2. Q: I want to load the program onto directory D:\MYCHOICE
- A: Type CINSTALL D:\MYCHOICE and the directory area D:MYCHOICE will
- be created (if it doesn't already exist) and the required files loaded
- on to it. Further, a subdirectory called TEAMDAT containing certain
- required files will be created.
- To Start the program type:
- D:
- chdir \MYCHOICE
- ECONOL
- 3. Q: I got a "CAN'T FIND CONFIGURATION FILE" fatal error message!
- A: The program needs certain required files on subdirectory TEAMDAT
- 4. Q: How can I erase all my decisions and restore the setup to its initial
- condition?
- A: Delete all files in subdirectory TEAMDAT (most
- likely, C:\ECONO\TEAMDAT) then run the bat file CTEAMDAT in directory
- area ECONO to place the required files in that subdirectory..
- 5. Q: The program crashes with a "DOS ERROR 4 MESSAGE"
- A: You must have the line FILES=20 (or higher) in your CONFIG.SYS file.
- 6. Q: I got the program on a single compressed file called ECONOL13.ZIP
- and UNZIPPED it in directory area C:\ECONOL; how should I proceed
- to install the program?
- A: Check if file ECON2001.EXE is on the disk; if so, run it to self-
- extract the files on it. Then run the batch file CTEAMDAT to set
- up the TEAMDAT subdirectory for the player files. Finally, type
- ECONOL to start the program.
